We will have them at the door , But yes I do suggest getting them off of a band, as this helps them out greatly and shows your support directly for the locals which is always cool,we have NH and Mass bands on this , so where ever you are from, it should not be hard to get a ticket,And not that I go out alot, but I always have tickets on me for any shows we have coming up |

Cryptopsy kicked my ass! This was a great show, and I'm glad we got to play it. I'd like to thank all the bands for playing and, especially Cryptopsy for being such awsome guys!
It was great to see so many people I knew and meeting so many new people.

Lord Worm is officially one of the best singers of all time. I've seen them with both of their previous vocalists play a number of arrangment of playlists, but I have to say, seeing them play the entire none so vile album in order gave me a boner. Flo is hands down the best drummer ever, period. |

Amazing show. I was so dumbfounded watching Flo prove he is the most skilled drummer ever. To play the NSV album in it's entirety, some parts faster than the record, then a drum solo, followed by some BMF and still blast like no tomorrow is incredible. Not to mention my vocal hero proving he should have never left. This guy is captivating, touching our heads and eventually feeding us worms (I ate one). One of the most fun shows I've ever been to, good hanging out with the Network guys, glad you're still doing your thing strong. |

This show was pretty cool despite the fact that I absolutely despise the Bombshelter with all of my heart and soul and every fiber of my being. Cryptopsy was goddamn incredible from what I could see through the haze of cigarette smoke. Shroud ruled! They played my favorite song! The ten minute long song. I didn't care for the band that played before Shroud and I missed Ascendancy and the opener. Hate,hate,hate the Bombshelter. |

i had a fucking great time, thanks to all the great kids that showed up! the terrible night guys, the fpc crew paul(cnv) you brang the party! hcn guys. great sets, amazing turnout, and a hell of a party after, thanks to the 30 or so peeps for joining me for brews at my place. i love the smoke in the bs, but indeed they need ventilation/ac's and more monitors! thanks to life at zero and ascendancy. imho i really think laz would have fit better later on in the night, it sucked that they had to open, they fucking rock, and i missed half their set...grrrrr!!!!!!! also thanks to serge and todd! \m/ i still haven't slept yet, so please don't mind that i can't get a word out right here, i'm like tripping right now from the lack of sleep. |

Wow, I can die happy now. Excellent show. Huge thanks to everyone who came out to support Ascendancy on our last show ever. It was great to see ya'll moving and bangin heads. Bombsheltah really likes to kick you in the nuts, that whole selling tickets shit blows goats. We barely broke even selling them dirt cheap. Most of our sales went to people who were an hour + away from another state, I'm not that much of an ass that will charge full price with price of gas these days, I wonder if everyone hates me because of that. Plus cutting us off after 20 minutes sucks, we were sound checking before we were even set up, TODD ORGANIZE THOSE FUCKERS UP THERE SERIOUSLY GUY. NH crowd totally owned the show I saw in Albany a few weeks ago, I feel so proud to be apart of this scene, I hope ya'll realize that. I ate a worm! Lord Worm speaks remarkable english too which was a welcomed surprised. I smoked with eric langois too! Fuck, this show was a highlight in my life thanks to Dan and Todd for all there help. I must say ,I was disappointed with everything about last night.
From the travesty of LAZ opening that fucking show, to Horrible sound the opening bands got. I stayed for Shroud's whole set, and left, because my buddies were getting VERY rambunctious, and if I didnt make them go right then, there wouldve been pissed off ppl. Glad everyone else had a good time, as I did, other than all that crap.
I finally got to meet Blue, that was cool. Most ppl there were cool too.
Overall= fun times if you could look past the pure disarray that is a national bs show.

I don't know, I think the smoke burning my eyes was my biggest issue last night and I wasn't that into a lot of the people in the crowd. I'll have to give the BS another chance before I make a final judgement. I also got lost on the way which pissed me off.

My previous post was a bit dramatic. I would have no problem playing there. From just a fan's perspective at the Crypstopsy show I thought the BS wasn't very inviting. It was also pretty packed and some of the problems I had would happen anywhere that was that packed. So the moral to the story is to not pay any mind to my nonsensical ramblings. |

about the people that didn't like shroud ( lord worm,exc.), thats cool, we are not for everyone, but we did actually make a lot of new fans and that was killer! also we brought 60 people, meaning we didn't buy any of our tickets, so we know there were at least 60 people in the door that liked us, except for about 5 people that didn't make it. doom on mo fo's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! \m/ here's to the doom fest at the bombshelta we are planning this summer! |

I'm sad to hear about the ascendency boys splittin. Awesome last set guys, Systematic Suicide was pretty decent. I missed Blackout Frenzy and shroud, I'm only ticked I missed shroud tho. I had a great time hanging out with all you doods. The smoke in there was unbearable and made me want to leave the entire night. I missed laz, I have no idea why they went on first. Missed S.S...Showed up during ascendancy's last set ever, my camera was almost broken after getting jumped by al/adam/zac/ect...Blackout Frenzy was a joke and belonged on a bill with Wretched Asylum, not cryptopsy I don't give a fuck if they sell tickets or suck dick for crack. Cryptopsy played the same setlist they did in maine. I couldn't wait to get home! |

This is definitely the last "pay to play" show we do. Selling tickets for the best slot is for WAAF bands.
The upside is we probably played in front of a bunch of people who never would have known who the fuck we were otherwise (even though most people were still standing in line when we played). We did play our whopping 4 songs fairly well and got some alright response, I guess.
It did take me by surprise when Serge told us we would be playing first "because we sold the fewest tickets." I'm sure we'll play the BS again, but it's nice to know where we stand. |

Hey Andy and LAZ, It would be excellent if u guys could get on Agnostic Front for June 2.
As far as people's opinions of who and who should not have played, I think it's good that they had 5 local bands that were not all sounding "like Cryptopsy".
I've always seen more energy and enthusiasm out of the crowds at mixed shows like these than at shows where there is all (for the most part) the same style of beats and rhythms and shit out of every band on the bill.
It allows for more open-mindedness I believe and engourages originality and the constant struggle to keep evolving.

This is a very true and valid point Kevin. It's tough for us when people say "why is Shroud on the Cryptopsy show, they don't fit" but I agree with you, I wasn't a big fan of Blackout Frenzy, but I'm glad they played, they were another element of diversity added to a great night. I'm glad that so many people came out, that's teh biggest crowd I've played in front of in I can't even remember how long, maybe since high school...
I'm glad we got positive response from the crowd it meant a lot to all of us.

Shroud played an awesome set at the BS. This would have been one of my favorite shows had I been able to open my eyes all the way. I like smoking as much as the next guy but that place needs some ventilation. I like me some Shroud of Bereavement though. |
