yes, ann actually does pay for this site. she pays for banner ads that make it so I don't have to pay $100/mo for this server.

I would pay $5 a month for this site, Just think you get access to show listings, a message board, and tens of thousands of pictures.

People pay $30 a month for porn sites... Don't see why it wouldn't work the same for this site for $25 less. Especially if it was on a faster server.

$5 x 60 members = $300 a month.

obviously you'd need to pay to see your bands pictures and download them. (unless you had a friend with a membership and that person could just send them to you)

I work at a networking company.. our backplanes for entire companies internal sites only do 10Gbps (though we are working on 30 and 60)

my company only has 40Mpbs to the web...

I did a little bit of digging and you need dedicated fiber lines to get an OC-768.

so far, those are the only places I've found thus far that have hubs for OC-768. then you have to pay $$$$ per Km to install the fiber to your remote location.
