October 11th has been announced as the new North American street date for the limited-edition, deluxe CD/DVD re-issue of KVELERTAK's genre-defying self-titled debut; the European release remains the same as previously announced, September 23rd. The package includes four live audio tracks, two demos, three music videos, five live videos, a documentary of the making of the album, extended artwork, a poster and more. Certified Gold in Norway, Kvelertak was one of 2010's most acclaimed underground releases. The new deluxe version - limited to 5,000 copies worldwide. Pre-order for North America is available HERE.

The band has previously announced an extensive European tour with support from bands such as TOXIC HOLOCAUST and WOLVES LIKE US and have now confirmed a string of U.S. dates with SKELETONWITCH around the annual CMJ Festival in New York City, this October.

they are re-releasing the album again? only putting out the same album 3 times in 2 1/2 years is real, I guess. I actually like this band but they need new material and also should play here instead of thinking NYC covers the entire NE.
