Did anyone else pick this up, it has been out and really enjoyed it and full of cool old school bands and facts from old times. Go and get it!

I got it the other day at newbury comics in norwood.

I just got a copy. It is overpriced, but I am enjoying it none the less.

Of course it is, but it has tons of shit to, well at least for me to remember or new things to find out that i did not know back them. I just wish they had a poster or two? That would of softened the price a bit.

yeah I would think by now that metallica is not really what will make others buy this mag. I just read about them anyway in the mag and the article is crap,but the sepultura is good and the Death Angel, but no Dark Angel????

I get a big kick out of the lists throughout the mag. Not just the big top 50 LP one but the mixtape lists (for German thrash / black thrash / canadian / crossover etc) and yes, darkness descends is in the top 50 list.
