and whats with the name, "Mourning Breaks". do you mean Morning as in A.M.? if so thats a pretty unoriginal. Or is it a play on words meaning mourning as the act of expressing grief or sorrow? Plays on words are about the same as Korn with a K and a backwards R. Or does it mean Mourning Breaks as in some kind of interruptions between these acts of mourning? if so then that just doesn't make any sense at all. How bout something with the word fetus in it, or autumn. those are popular these days.

UMMMMMM hey guys....... I played bass for in dire need for what a year and a half???? Then I left and joined the brutality of letters from the dead. Now I have started Mourning Breaks. Kinda hard to rip off something you were a part of. btw back to the point. we need a bass player.

lets throw down one more fact here,one of my best friends who ive known since about 8yrs old is Jon the drummer from Daughters, and lets think about what band you guys all want to sound like ????could it be as the sun sets,Daughters these are the bands you guys adore,you wish you were them but you'll never be them,so just put down your instruments and listen to daughtrs all day long until you go through another phase cause you'll never be as good as them... me lex and jon went to high school together we all had the same goal it was to start a crazy ass metal band...they obviously accomplished their goal now im in a band just looking for a fucking bassist who feels the music like i do..i meen who reaaly wants to watch a band just stand their while they play ..i know i dont ..i dont even know the bassist from letters from the dead and what he is all about so dont fucking criticize my fucking band again!!!!!!

as the sun sets / daughters. Good local bands, but by no means anything good enough to act like they are the gods of metal around here.

the last time I saw as the sun sets was with cryptopsy a couple years back, and they fucking blew my ass hair like an industrial fan. the first couple times I saw them they were fairly tight and moved a lot. Which is cool to watch, but if you can't play tight doing backflips than don't do backflips. I go to see metal, not a circus.

that set as the sun sets played with cryptopsy was probably the worst set they ever played. it was awful. the rest of the time they were amazing though.

I'm pissed that I missed that one Ogunquit show with atss and all those other bands way back.
I never got to see them cause they always didn't show up to the shows I went to.

Everytime I saw as the sun sets I almost creamed myself. I haven't heard the daughters 7" yet though, I've seen them live and they wore dresses and gropped each other it was funny yet scary
