So, some friends and I have decided that today, March 4th, should officially be Iron Maiden Day, for no real adequate reason other than Maiden rules and that there have been dumber "official" days created.

Since everyone and their mother is on Facebook, we decided to use that in an attempt to make this shit viral.

So, if you're down, the idea is this: post a song or video of Iron Maiden (or a cover band, or a dog farting to the tune of Run to the Hills or something) on your FB wall and say its Iron Maiden Day. Maybe even bug a friend to do the same.

If you're not down, then just ignore this message.

I mean, whats the worse that can happen? A bunch of people posting Iron Maiden songs?

Gave props to Iron Maiden - "Piece of Mind" on facebook, which I found in a dumpster when I was 8. This album started it all for me... I have the lone cd around somewhere, too scratched up to be playable but still good for the memories.
