I'm really really confused.

1. Where is this supposed to be shown? There's no such thing as a 43 second spot on TV. Is it just for the internet?
2. Is Walmart a suspected staging ground for terrorism? Is this a recurring problem that I didn't know about?
3. What does Homeland Security have to do with this?
4. I've never been to Walmart and not had something suspicious go down. What am I even supposed to be looking for?
