agreed, we didnt realize that either until it was pretty much booked already, at least its not two of the same type of shows in one night tho, so if u wanna see some brutal death metal, come on out!
i dont think any of those were listed on the events page, hard to keep track of everything going on that night.
the one problem with picking a significant date (like 4/20, 9/11, and shit like that) is you can almost always guarantee youre not the only person to come up with the idea to have a show on that date
I'm obviously afraid people won't like me for sharing my real opinions.... oh, and i'm a faggot. and not a girl faggot either, a real cock-having, cock-worshipping faggot.
well, Pathogenic doesn't play in Boston all that much, and Untombed does it frequently. They roll deep, latin-deep.
This.
It's not as if we don't expect people to come see Pathogenic, but Untombed are locals
I can see both sides of the situation. And I like Pathogenic a lot more than Untombed, but you gotta set the order of bands based on what you think their draw will be.

last time Untombed played O'Brien's they had a pretty good draw, but most of them left after they played their set too. if anything there would end up being more people there to watch Pathogenic's set that havent heard them before and didnt come to see them specifically

Pathogenic is so awesome i think they should headline, no wait! as a matter of fact i think they should get rid of all the bands and just have pathogenic in the bill wow what an amazing band hahaha please!!!!
there is a cut-and-paste flyer I've been circulating at a few shows for this that is print friendly and a little easier to read than the previous ones. if anyone has one of them and the ability to scan it please do. i'm waiting to make a facebook event until I have the flyer online.

wait, i honestly just don't understand what you're saying here. When you say:
"if anything there would end up being more people there to watch Pathogenic's set that havent heard them before and didnt come to see them specifically"
are you saying that will happen if they play first? How?

Yea. Basically was just saying that if untombed went first and everyone who came to see them left after their set, they wouldnt get a chance to see pathogenic, cuz they are awesome
Likely showing everyone the hidden twin towers on a $20 bill.
CONSPERACEE.

there's like 5 shows I want to go to on the 1th (this one included), and I can't go to fucking any of them.....fucking shitty wedding that I don't want to go to
bands: since there are 5 bands on this bill, it would be great if everyone could share equipment to cut down on space in the club. I have a Marshall 1960 cab that any band can feel free to use
Everyone should come to this show. Why? Because it's gonna kick your fucking ass! It's gonna be like a laser guided weapon blowin up your office space!

what a strange metaphor to describe a show...

This show is gonna be so rad that it'll be like getting hit in the back of the head by pee-wee herman's knuckle babies while trying to quietyly watch a movie and eat popcorn.

it's like meeting the man of your dreams and then meeting his beautiful wife
parking sucks at this place but it was well worth it
it's really not bad, you just have to know the area a little. The road that goes off the side of the sports depot ALWAYS has spots, and that's not even a 4 minute walk.
killer show, i've never seen O'Briens that packed. i couldn't hear Abnormality's drums at all, something was really off. however the rest of it sounded excellent. We were a bit rusty but i am still very happy with it considering we haven't had a practice space in weeks.

Listen, crabcore stance might be the uber ghey, but your nuts and taint have never thanked you so much. Nicely aerated--keep the Swass Index down to a manageable level.
