lineups are up at www.Imthirstyentertainment.com
We are starting the show earlier due to the impending snow thats coming!! Kids need to get home in time for mom and dad to tuck them in as well.
Yes my website sucks, I am looking for someone to help me with this, You would get payed what your worth. If anyone is looking for some extra income. Email me at Dave@imthirstyentertainment.com
I'm about to leave for this... I wonder how many bands won't make it due to the snow. If it's wicked bad, I may just get quiznos and go back home to CODMW2
aurora: pretty amazing what kids too young to get tattots can do while copying other bands. they were sort of like as i lay dying with bleeding through synths.
astrella was pretty good. the guitar player looked like he was in motley crue. also, most people couldnt see this, but the drummer plays with out legs. amazing what science has done. I think they said they were from PVD. the bassist looks really familiar. at some point they took a picture of the crowd to be on a tshirt. the newer of the 2 singer jumped over into the crowd. he was big... poor people who had to catch him.
operation guillotine were super you, but got the crowd surfing for the first time. they also had a girl singing back ups. she sounded much like paramore.
ballast was pretty good. idk what was going on, but every single time some new face came to the front of the crowd, it was like another celebrity was dropping by a talkshow. weird.
letter in hand is some new band that has the same name as an old band with the same members. their song titles were suppose to be ironic... idk if im jaded or if i crossed the line in to crotchety, but the titles were m'eh. still they got a great responce from the crowd. there were even some stage diving over the barricade.
run forest run were pretty good too. more death grind than anything. they of course had a small crowd cause there wasnt a ton of heart breaking singing.

the show as a whole is going very well. the attendance even at noon was better than some metalfests at the same time.
i wanted to put something through the drummer of run forest run's HUGE ears.
the band on now, october lies? the singer take the ugliest pants award away from the guitarist of astrella. a message to those rude boy pants, you is ugly.
looking for alaska. yet another singer. this one isnt the taco bell guy so I disapprove of anything that takes the tacobell out of a band. wow... i can not wait for fourth meal on the ride home.
of hope and rescue are on now. not really my cup of tea. the singer does sound like jesse leach a bit. they are also from derry nh like me. they said they are playing a derry show, but why?
pangea put on an excellent set. felt like a hardcore show for a minute there. I also realized that black bear was the band that rule at the seemless show. that is fantasic news.
rev, you asked where in derry shows are? eric p from the icc just opened a new venue called kings row and is going to do some awesome shows in the near future once he breaks it in with a few low-key ones

So the "Fire Chief" for Hollis came at the very end of the show. He basically said he did not like the kind of music that was played and that I would not be able to do shows in Hollis anymore.
FUCK OLD PEOPLE.
I have made it my mission to do another show there in the next 2-3 months, because of this.
775 People came, it was an amazing show. 25 bands in 10 hours. No one was "seriously" hurt. I call it a success.

Thank you Rev for all the pictures!
lol, "community minded" old people are raging faggots. What they don't understand is that their opinion isn't fact. That them there kitten slaughtering music is the music of the devil and it coaches kids to be violent and mischievous.

Man fire chiefs piss me off sometimes. Nothing bad happened, no fires started and if fires did start there was enough room for people to exit out of one of the 3 exits in the place. He was probably just on a power trip.

I think what happened is i forgot to pay off the fire department....Learn from my mistakes

Yeah, it seems like someone sent there to bust your balls. I think if the fire department TRUELY had an issue with what was happening at the show, they would have showed up a lot earlier than at the very end(and probably with the police as well).
As two of many of the OLD PEOPLE at the show, my wife and I were thoroughly impressed at the conduct of that many people over the 11 hours of music showcasing much of the local talent. I certainly hope that the shows continue and that there are places for our youth to experience the music arts.
The only problem I noticed was that the parking lot being covered with snow made it difficult to enter and exit easily. It also gave the FD difficulty entering at the end of the show. Note for next time!
My hats off to I'm Thirsty Entertainment for putting on the show. Also accolades to all the bands who braved the snow and performed their shows. A lot of local talent in NH.
CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT SHOW!
