I can't remember exactly how I did it. I believe we had a ton of clippings at the time so I used that with some butter, spices, and a little bit of rum to tie all the ingredients together. It wasn't anything spectacular but it was alright.

Coffee smells a million times better than it tastes... but I can't say I've had properly brewed coffee. Properly brewed coffee is supposed to not taste bitter.

Coffee has a nice roasted flavor. That's why I like it. Yea, it gives you a buzz, but why mask the roasted flavor with sugar and cream?

When I get ice coffee I use milk and sugar or sometimes cream and sugar only because that's more suitable for iced coffee.
