I am a firm believer that nothing is better than rum and coke.

I'm more of a Gin and Tonic guy myself. Or tequilla shots. Other than that I drink mainly micro brews or Coors Light.

Yeah, Bailey's will do that sometimes, depending on what you mix it with. Ever try a Cement Mixer? Similar effect, although not as ... uh... nasty. I like that shot though, I just don't like the texture.
