my fone is the sprint mogul which they don't sell anymore. I'm hoping that sprint will give me the HTC touch pro in it's place when this one shits the bed again. I've gone through 3 or 4 of these fones.

Verizon is awesome, I really liked them when I had them.

I was forced to switch to AT&T when my dad switched, but I am going to Sprint cause of my sister's family plan. Good rates, though, with Sprint, and once the Pre comes out I bet it will blow away the other touch phones.

Nextel/Sprint - Fuck Nextel and Fuck Sprint. customer service sucks, coverage sucks. fuck the hard

Verizon - (is what i have now) pay as you go. too much dough. customer service is alright. coverage is great.

Teen Mobile - they are awesome all the way around. t-mobile is da bawllz. i owe them $150.00 so i am not able to use them for now.

i have verizon, its a little more expensive, the customer service at stores is ok, you have to go to one with tech support to get any real help or questions answered. upside is ive never had a problem with service, i have the EnV 1 with a broken front screen, the phones arent put together that well but their usually pretty quick to replace them.

I've been with sprint since may or june 1999. I've got a contract until july 2009. But I have the $7/month add on that if my phone er fone breaks, I get 1 hour service or $50 replacement if there is loss/damage. I'm going to go there and bitch, get a new fone or something like I've done 3-4 times now. Keep that fone until I'm sick of it and then re-do my contract for the palm pre if it's the bomb like it seems to be.

I'm also mad at sprint cause I pay $55/month after 9+ years with less services than carina on sprint for $35/month.

sprint is teh ghey... you should just get a iphone and some gsm provider the ad2p/file transfer/bluetooth modem hack is almost ready. also you can make it a wireless router which is kinda cool if yer at a show. is the sprint internerd that much faster or is yer fone that much cooler?

btw i dunno why people complain about att/cingular ive had it since 2000. its been good for me other than one year when they would fuck up my bill alot.

Well, they didn't say water damaged... all they did was flash the ROM and tell me that my kb didn't work cause I had too many 3rd party apps. sure, that makes sense.

im going to go back today. it of course didn't help and I've lost near 1/2 of the reviews that I type in some way shape form. it's working fine now of couse... but I keep typinf reviews and things with out looking at the phone and either the shift key sticks so that everything after a ' is just symbols or a whole sebtebce only inputs a couple characters.

ok... they sent me a refurb of my same model and the screen looks terrible. 3 places where it looks like someone put their finger into the phone and the sides looks like a laptop monitor when it's about to die. plus when I put my battery in the back camera thing fell of and won't go back on.

What a weird day to see this thread, my phone started fucking up today. It got wet while in my pocket while I was power washing. The guy at the phone store told me to take out the battery and put the phone over something hot like a TV so the wires can dry out, then it MIGHT work again.

Just tell them you want to cancel everything and switch to another company. I did that to T-mobile and got 6 months for free....then still cancelled.

Oh and if you stay with sprint because they have 4G.....i'm sure that both verizon and at&t will have 4G service within a year probably.

they can't do anything and I have to drive 1hr 10minutes to the sprint store cause each time I went to the sprint store they opened up a ticket for me. 4 tickets in 60 days mean that the people on the phone can't do jack shit.

ok, spent another 40 minutes on the phone with sprint. they can't do jack shit. AND they upped the price of the insurance to $100 from $50. They basically said "go to a repair shop, sorry".
My phone is constantly needing to be rebooted. I'm backing it up now and going to the fucking sprint store to get my fucking 8th fucking mogul.
