If you can find it watch any of the pilot episodes of Heat Vision and Jack. It's a show Ben Stiller produced way back in the day starring Jack Black. Ron Silver was the bad guy, and the premise of the character was that he was playing himself, but he had all these super evil powers. It was actually pretty funny.
