is there anyway to retrieve files that were emptied out of the recycle bin...from 5 months ago....or have they been compressed and fully erased by then?
that should do it but 5 months is kind of a long time. if the locations of the files on the hard drive have been copied over then they're gone forever. Give that a try, you might get lucky.
