heat up veg oil in a medium pan
i saute onions and peppers
add one chopped up chicken breast
season with garlic powder, salt and pepper
add one can of diced tomotoes
add one can of sweet corn
crumple up 2-3 handfulls of yellow tortilla chips
simmer until i can't stand it no more
