that can't be true....i know there are places in R.I. that do it....but it's still illegal as far as i know

hmmm...if that is true (about ri) i wonder if that law does or does not apply to places like strip clubs and massage parlors.
i'm sure there is a technicality there that could either fuck you, or save you if you were caught.

I doubt it applies to strip clubs.

I think this law means that if you're with a woman, and she accidentally accepts money for sex, the person-to-person deal is OK by the law.

That's de facto true in most states.
