I rushed through my pictures and went downtown to get a drink alone. I walked by a couple of stumble regret making couples and was so disgusted that I walkked around the center of town and headed back home.

They do. Of course, in most cases, they are just drunk enough, and just vague enough in their expression of what they want, that it's 50/50 rape and one night stand.
So they get to escape the weight of the decision made to sleep with some idiot, AND they get the pity. Win-win for the ugly and stupid.
