NOT Weezer's best. Rivers finally lets the other members sing lead. Most of those songs suck. Rivers forgets how to write songs. Those songs suck.
Luckily there are about 3 REALLY good songs on the cd to make up for Rivers' douchebaggery. It's not Blue or Pinkerton, but discuss if you know anything about them.

From left to right:
Director from Entourage, Jon Cryer, Gay cowboy midget from The Killers, Merle, the drum tech.

THE GAY COWBOY IS RIVERS CUOMO!!!!

The cd is pretty meh but "I Am the Greatest Man That Ever Lived," "Dreamin'," and "Cold Dark World" aren't bad at all.

Gave it a couple of listens, can't really get into it. I've enjoyed almost every other Weezer album (Green Album, and Make Believe I didn't like at all).

I don't think there is much more this band can really do, should have called it quits after Maladroit which in my opinion is their last good album.

Perhaps. Pinkerton is the last GREAT album in my eyes but I'll agree on Maladroit. Make Believe wasn't bad AT ALL it just wasn't Weezer.

agreed, the video is pretty great. Not to keen on the song though.

I love this CD, but seriously what the fuck was Rivers thinking letting the other guys do lead vocals.. those songs SUCK ASS.

Still getting into the CD but I like most of the songs rivers sings on. I was always a fan of his lyrics.

I really think this CD is their weakest. But ya the video for pork and beans is pretty sweet.

Buddyhash we will call it.

This is better than Make Believe, but not their strongest in the least bit. Its weird listening to a weezer album that lacks direction.

All I've heard is Pork and Beans and I'd hope its not the best song, cuz it was said the chorus riff is from a tape from 10 years ago. I always like Rivers lyrics and they say the song is a knock of their label, the part about everyone working with Timbaland. I will forever play the Blue Album, but I agree they should have stopped sometime before this point.

the green album's first side is killer

CLEARLY.

But about this being better than Make Believe...DEFINITELY NOT. The lyrics suck, the songs suck and Rivers has no idea what he's doing anymore...except for the 2 or 3 good songs.

Just listened to Say it Ain't So on the internet radio. Good ol' Blue album. My sister used to always blare that in the mid 90s. Haven't heard anything after Green Album.
