A couple times during this series he looked like he was starting to get it together. Then he'd break up a transition to pull up and take a sloppy 3, or ignore all the passing the rest of the team was doing to force a long range shot in a critical situation. I don't know what kind of professional athlete thinks that the way to get their confidence back is to take difficult shots.

Did anyone else have a heart attack with about 10 seconds left when Allen had the ball on a break, and honestly looked like he was about to pull up for a 3 before he got fouled? Was I alone in that?

Sadly, I had band practice during the game and only got to see the first quarter. But I watched the game develop VIA espn.com on my laptop.

Saw a little bit of it at like 3 AM. They were re-running it on ESPN.
