Death Metal, good ol' Heavy Metal (or NWOBHM if you want to be a dick about it), and the best CD from the best band in rock and/or roll.

i still fail to understand how anyone can not like the beatles.
what makes even less sense is how anyone can like elliot smith and not like the beatles coughrevcough
he directly rips them off on the last two albums, and covers them on figure 8

All Things Must Pass is one of those albums you can put on and before you know it, it's over. Excellent album.

PS - I'd have 4 cd's on the island with me cause i always keep a copy of PTW's Opposite of December crammed in my butt.

And George, I agree. I love the Beatles. Do you have a favorite? Or how far can you narrow it down? I narrow it down to Elenor Rigby, I Am The Walrus, Help!, and Rocky Racoon (which isn't good musically since it plays the same 4 chords over and over, but I love the melody of the vocals).

Oh yeah, helter skelter is amazing definately. And I also agree that it was the first metal song ever. 1966 right? As far as dates go I am not very good with the Beatles. White Album, 1966 sounds right to me.

wow george....I think Im starting to like you!!!! the beatles definitley rock!! rubber soul is by far one of the greatest albums ever, and prolly one of the beatles best.

Nah, as long as they are only one disc. 2 disc albums are alowed as long as they are not greatest hits, but anything over 2 discs is not alowed.
