As long as COB is there, I don't care who else plays. But Shadows Fall will definately be there. |
I hope its better than last years. A Newjersy like fest would be nice. |

I am probably only going to the nights, so I hope that Opeth and Dimmu close each night (Opeth probably won't though (insert frown emoticon) because after their Austrailian Tour, I think the only concerts they are playing for the rest of the year are the long-awaited gig in Jordan and the Sweden Rock Festival (damn I would love to make a trip to go to that, Priest is headlining!!! Rob Halford!!!)). But other than that, um Immortal, Carcass, Dissection, Emperor, Dead and Euronymous fronted Mayhem, The Beatles (all four), Led Zeppelin (with Bonzo of course), Frank Zappa, Mozart, Beethoven, oh wait, I slipped away from metal. |
Nile's playing?! No way!! Wait wait... do you think All that Remains will play too?? And God Forbid?!? Battle of the House Bands!!! Alright!!!! |
well Iced Earth and Children of Bodom are supposed to be playing the palladium may 1 anyway, so count them in |
Didn't Iced Earth cancel two years ago because they couldn't get a full set or something like that? It would probably be the same deal. |
yeah thats right, it was the Iced Earth/In Flames tour, IE dropped off so IF headlined... it probably wouldn't happen but CoB would be a dope headliner |
Yeah they would, American promoters just don't realize that yet. |
NEW ENGLAND METALCORE FEST 2004! |
No no no, you got it all wrong.
It's the New England Metalcore & Hardcore Fest.
If someone can get us on this, we'll play our metalcore song so that the mosh with hath be broughteth. |
oh yeah as if someone can get us on this. haha! I'll just buy Scott Lee a pizza and some chicken wings. |
we need som Cryptopsy, Krisiun, Sigh, Hecate Enthroned... |
cryptopsy DEFINETLY needs to play this fest now that LW is back |
all my sins in playing i know that. swear to god should play. |
i might be outside, handing out flyers.
i don't like going into the Palladium and being surrounded by hardcore kids who love touching men's peepees.
Opeth wont be playing. Bodom and Iced Earth are, Cattle Decap. is supposed to. Im hoping for some Krisiun, Cryptopsy, Vader, and I suppose Shadows Fall for old times sake. Hopefully Meshugah wont play. Their performance last year was boring and FAR too long. |

meshuggah didn't play long enough, you're wrong, you are gay, and you probably stayed for superjoint ritual.
Repulsion, Deceased, and an Impetigo re-union would be nice. The should also get some razorback bands out here like Engorged, or Lord Gore, but I don't see any of those bands I listed happenning. I can dream right? |
you guys are kidding yourselves... this year is going to be like almost all hardrap. judging by the last 3 years and how much metal has been dwindling from the line up... if its bad enough i will not be going. |
I've had enough of "metalcore". (superjoint=shit) Last years was too much. Thank "god" for Iced earth and children of Bodom. |
Yeah, I'm not getting my hopes up on this thing at all. I always get suckered into paying all that money just to see 5 or 6 bands and to be bored by all the metalcore played in between. |
Impetigo will never re-unite ,stevo lives in japan and has a family now(though he does play on the impetigo song on the new WTN album). as far as Razorback bands coming out here it would be nice, if we could get more than one show to make it worthwhile ,I'm sure something could be done, but also would it draw, i'd personally like to see Lord Gore again, and ghoul would be nice!! |

Ok man, here's the deal. We put our money together and hire some Razorback bands to come here and play. Hahaha. Kidding obviously, but I really wish they would tour.
I know Impetigo will probably never re-unite, but I still like to pretend that there's a chance. And is it Stevo that plays on the WTN cd or Mark. I thought Mark was the one that moved to Japan. I could be wrong though because I suck with names.
How is the WTN cd, I'm thinking of buying it. I haven't anything bad about it yet. |
i doubt that opeth will be playing because mike wants to start working on the latest album soon, i wouldn't mind seeing dimmu there, marduk, nile, and behemoth would be cool...but that's just wishful dreaming |
oh yea it is mark, nevermind(guess i'm bad with names too) ,But it is really good, I think there is an mp3 on the razorback site, it is way better than any of there previous material, i think , but yea well worth the 11 bucks ,if for the impetigo song alone, and hey most of the razorback bands are/do tour, there was a show in portland oregon not to long ago with , Lord Gore,Engorged,Ghoul,Frightmare they did like 5-6 dates out in that area |
Yeah because they're all from Portland, not really a tour more like a local show. I will definately check out WTN then.
Who are you anyways? Are you in a band or anything? |
the networks busting its ass trying to get on this shit...i know we won't be able to play it, i'll end up going, and see at least about 7 or 8 bands that are nothing but hot garbage. |
my name is Todd, I work at the bombshelter |

yup, thanks for the english lesson ,MOM |
haha rusted angel likes meshuggah and actually thinks his opinion is valid, meshuggah is so terrible.
i hope Nile plays too, but this time the sound guy from the palladium does a good job. |
i'll be there getting my drink on. as usual. WEE! hopefully the lineup makes me excited as well. i'd like to see a band i've never seen before. |
Messhuggah is so boring. They remind me of Fred Basset.

and brodequin isn't boring? they have almost NO dynamics... but yeah i forgot that's exciting because they are playing so fast that its all that matters.
meshuggah reminds me of...
actually it's the growlies I like in brodequin, they are fast too though
but math metal works too, takes all types! |
