Do you know anyone that makes a decent hot shoe mount for tripods? Something so I can keep my camera on the tripod still but use my mic or light barely off to the side. I am trying to run a good mic and a light at the same time but the camera I am getting only has one hotshoe mount at the top. Thanks man.

are you looking for mount for an external flash or a ball head for the tripod?

I just found this thing and I think that will work fine. Not what i was looking for, but will do it's job!

you could get justin clamps too.
they are clamps with a ball joint and a hot shoe.
