Wow. I cannot comprehend why anyone thinks that they can get away from the police in a chase. You pretty much only have a fighting chance if your on a rice-rocket (because of its maneuverability), otherwise, you ain't going to outrun a police cruiser. Running certainly didn't help this guy out.
