Don't they have any sort of animal control in that town? With all the shit running around in the woods out there you'd think there'd be someone more qualified to handle getting a snake out of a tree than some Barney Fife motherfucker with a shaky pistol hand. What a fucking asshole.

What a moron. I can't ever picture cops shooting at a tree with a snake in it. That is what little kids would think is a good idea when they have a BB Gun. Leave the snake in the tree don't go near it, i'm sure it will eventually leave.
....now I'm wondering if they got the snake or not.
