Its odd I cannot get on the internet with my mac or ps3....
It saids the Ps3 isn't supported by comcast and to call them.
Anyone else have this problem?
If I cannot get online with my PS3 anymore I will be rip shit.

On my mac it brings me to a download page and when i downloaded the installer it saids "Unknown Modem Error Please Call".

On the PS3 it brings me to the same screen but saids operating system not supported.

If anyone has Comcast and a Xbox or PS2 that they go online with I'd check that too.

I'm surprised my PC is working.

ok it works now...
i called them and they fixed it.

from now on any "installer" for internet should be disposed of.

note this is an end all rule starting now

I fucking hate comcast. I miss my verizon DSL.

Comcast comes to my place and sees the huge wiring closet and doesn't know what to do. All 5 condos have cable wired from it. whenever comcast is called you have to force them to go through the central wiring closet.. one guy didn't and this pot-smoking jamacian comcast employee brought in another line over a bunch of windows (so you couldn't open them) and then brought one dinky line into the person's place. if you go through the wiring closet, there is 1 outlet in every room in the whole building.
