If this goes well they might start giving me Fridays or Saturdays, so the more people that come out, the better. I also had them start it later and leave the bar open later since so many people've complained about that, so I better see those same people out tonight.
raw sewage was a no show. I think they didn't show up because ohio sucks. Once they got out of ohio they could no longer find corn to fuel their ohio-mobile. (if they are lying dead in a ditch somewhere, it serves you right for now callin and worrying us. you should have called so we know that you aren't)
hirudinea: the sound was tin-y for them. The stage has all these speakers to either side of the stage now. I don't really like that. Plus, there wasn't anything even coming out of them. They sort of rushed throug their set. Not sure why. I knew it was going to be a while before the next band went on.
panzerbastard: PB(r) was suppose to headline, but since the drum set was shared with hirudinea, they went on second (what I call the sweet spot) as to not have 3 drum changes. Their set ruled and was tight, but at the end, they brought their birthday friend up on stage. he tried to sing ace of spades, but failed. I think they should have covered a chris cornel song instead. maybe do the johnny cash thing and do a little rusty cage.
slugpuncher: for ony 2 guys, this was mad heavey. I realized after a couple tracks that jeff was playing through 3 cabs and 2 heads. ric was able to keep up. His drumds were pretty massive sounding. after 5 or 6 songs about slugs, I packed up and ran for another show.
I'm fucking pissed that I had to miss this show. I got back from the BoE recording at 9:30pm and I felt like I was going to die. I still feel like I'm going to die.
great show last night. was looking grim at the start of the show but it picked up nicely and quickly. panzerbastard was awesome. my fav band from the area. looking forward to seeing more slugpuncher! shit was awesome. good pics rev.
Hell yeah, this was rad as fuck. Hopefully more shows with people actually leaving their house happen now.

good times last night. hirudinea was awesome as usual. first time seeing panzerbastard, very impressive. thanks to rich and everyone who stuck around. carol had a good time also.

I'm wicked bummed, i was totally psyched for raw sewage, and seeing Hirudenia and Slugpuncher would have been rad. fuck!!!
