Just think about how many hundreds of hours he had to play it to memorize where every little thing was and get the timing down of it all. 11 minute result for at least months of preperation.
Well, I am sure that he kept doing it over and over until the hands didnt get him. It definately wasnt like "Ok tell me when you start recording and it will be over 11 minutes"
