Ive been hunting homes in Cape Coral Fla, for a month straight online, on the phone constantly, listened to about 75 different peoples stories, and tonight it finally paid off.
I somehow got a house that is in literally the nicest neighborhood in the entire city.
It is 1 house from the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico, and is surrounded by 1-6 million dollar homes.

I somehow fooled them, and they do not yet know all that is Powerkok.

Poured concrete ext/ real plaster int/ terrazzo floors throughout.
Previous owner says theyve never paid more than 75 a month to cool it.

The house has all new shingles because they were ripped off in the last Hurricane to go thru there about 2 years ago.
The house itself was fine, due to Good Old American 1968 construction.

Florida is a bizarre place

It has its perks like 5 beeyahs in ah bucket fa five bucks and 25 cent bufflah wings

If you ever get the chance go through the town called Celebration (close to Orlando), It is so perfectly constructed it feels like your in the twighlight zone

The house is worth roughly 175 w/ the land.
Im renting it at 975.
It is 1500 sf under a/c and has a 1 car garage and a 20x15 lanai.

My apt in Concord is 750 sf and I pay 850 a month.

Cape Coral is a very European influenced city. A Lot of hte homes are owned by Germans, as summer homes.
Also, Cape Coral as well as Ft Myers are a University City now, so they are growing in a good way.
There are not so great parts, but same could be said about Concord NH. Pfff, I live in that part now.
