i know theres a few people here that are making the trip down for MDF. just wonderin who all has their plans set yet for where they're staying. I think i'm gonna be staying at the Econo Lodge. It's like 5 miles from the Sonar. Anyone else staying there? I havn't booked a room yet and hopefully it doesn't fill up before i do. I know most of the downtown hotels are already booked but theyre all around 300 a night and theres no way i can afford that shit.

so....anyone book a hotel yet?

theyre all too expensive, and anything thats not in the inner harbor area, is in the ghetto, so be prepared.

Last year I stayed at this total dump called Duke's Motel. It was like $60 a night but it was kind of far from the Sonar. There was a sign on the door that read "Absolutely no whistling beyond this point." That sealed the deal.

I can never afford to be at MDF. I like the CIM lineup so much more though.

Really? A bunch of the hotels are booked? I better get on that.

I just booked the Sheraton (used to be called the Windham). It's 8 blocks from the hotel and if you mention that you want the Sonar rate it's $119 a night.

Here's the number 410-752-1100

Is that the place we stayed at last year?

the sheraton has open rooms? i checked it on hotels.com and a couple other of those travel sites and they all said it was booked.

Yes, they still have rooms (at least they did yesterday). Call the number I posted above. Yeah, a bunch of people stayed there last year--I did.

I can't believe no one called the bathtub yet!
