I was talking to one of those dudes awhile back because I was interested in restarting that project with them, as I knew they'd parted ways with their drummer. The whole thing just never amounted to anything. Maybe they didn't want to do it anymore, or maybe they just thought I was a terrible person or a terrible drummer. All plausible reasons.
In any case, I wish they were still around, because Crowdpleaser and Swashbuckler and The # 1 Song in the World (I think that's the title) were fucking sweet. |

were going to be looking for someone to release our full length once we record in may |

Ethan invited me out to see you guys this friday
perhaps that's a good sign? |

we still want to put out a full length through your label once we finish it.
also we are touring this summer so we could actually sell some copies if we get it out in time. Myspace message us or something. |

Well, it's Ethan's label, but I'll pass the word along
My personal label is Ventilation Through A Grating. We've released: Slaves to the Metropolis, Orange Doom, Kissyface (the drummer went on to be in The Dresden Dolls), Prophetic Disclosure (the guitarist/singer went on to be in Toxic Narcotic), The:Enclitic (members went on to be in Black My Heart and Gallows), Monster Truck Rally (my folk / blues project), and a few other things here and there.
Alex and I run a label called Argentum Decorum Est. The only people on that are The Taste of Silver and Devil in the Kitchen. Raising Kubrick and Aganihm (members went on to Throwing Shrapnel and The Heuristic) also have stuff that we did as splits.
