"DOVER — On several occasions since November, white power and swastika stickers have been found on street signs and businesses throughout downtown. But police do not believe the vandalism indicates an increase in neo-Nazi activity.
The stickers, with slogans like "White Power" and "Hitler was Right," are affiliated with a Nazi organization based out of Lincoln, Neb. Police say based on the similarities it appears one person, or one group of people, is responsible for the graffiti.
"We are aware of some investigative leads that we're following up on," said Sgt. Jeffrey Mutter. "We are tracking these types of incidents."
The Nazi organization's website is printed on the stickers. According to information on the website, the organization publishes Nazi newspapers in 12 languages and sells a variety of Nazi merchandise, memorabilia and propaganda.
Stickers were reported found on Nov. 29, Dec. 1, Jan. 9 and Jan. 11. Street signs near Rogers Street, Central Avenue and Mount Vernon Street were targeted. There were also stickers placed near the Cocheco River Bridge.
On a window of Susan's Barber Shop, a sticker reading "White Power" was found and quickly removed. Another sticker reading "Black Crime, White Victim! Are you Next" was found on a stop sign at the intersection of Rogers Street and Portland Avenue.
Mutter stressed the stickering does not appear to be part of some broader campaign.
"I would call it an isolated incident. We don't see a lot of Nazi or neo-Nazi type graffiti in the city," Mutter said.
Anyone with information regarding the stickers can call Dover Crimeline at 749-6000 to remain anonymous and potentially receive a reward"

Theres always been some kind of "neo-nazi" (hate to sound cliche but they're not real nazis) activity around Exeter ,Dover, Portsmouth and NH Sea Coast area.
