I tried to get myself to be able to drink a gallon of water in an hour. then I dicided to get to it one day and bought a ceremonial gallon of water. I almost did it... but... I had bought distilled water and after 50 minutes ended up having all that water clean my insides out and push it from my body out my ass. after 20 minutes of feeling terrible I felt great. squeeky clean.
