the drummer, Brian Viglione, used to be in an intense grindcore / crust band called "sic.semper.tyrannis". a lot different from the dresden dolls. Those guys used to listen to a lot of Disrupt, Capitalist Casualties, Dead Kennedies, and had some rad breakdowns and blast parts.

but then he went on to do more relaxed stuff.
