Instead of potatoes.

Ask your family.

fuck that. potatoes all the way.

toggletoggle post by RichHorror  at Aug 3,2006 1:37pm
Instead of regular potatoes, yes. Especially the one with apple and raisin.

Mashed potatoes still wins, however.

Stove top stuffing sucks. Get a cookbook and make your own, it'll be 10x better.

Though, the smartest thing is to eas garlic, cheese, bacon, and sour cream potatoes.

All I'm gonna say is this:
CORNBREAD STUFFING is the greatest stuff on earth. Yes, even better than perfect mashed taters. I know, I know, it sounds crazy to compare, but anyone that has tried cornbread stuffing will whole-heartedly agree.

I have, and I don't.

I hate when something that would be vegetarian deceptively contains beef base or chicken base, etc. Soups are frequently guilty of this

Vegetarian dishes are only good when served with meat.

i made a killer plate of broccoli and ziti last night with garlic, basil, the whole nine yards. chicken broth was added to help the simmer of my minced garlic, yet my mother still calls it a veggie dish.
stove top stuffing is awesome, but is no where near as good as my nana's.
as far as potatoes go, aside from the ones we grow in the back yard, in times of instant mix-country crock is the shit. michael cantor can vouche for they're supremacy. goes wonderful with buttermilk biscuits and country pork ribs.
