I think it is perfectly right for people to loot while they can, the waters are not going to recede anytime soon and those people will all be jobless for along time, and thew stuff they are looting will go to waste or be thrown away as soon as the stores reopen.
except for the idiots stealing jewelry and what not, Mr. T will be pissed
