um... this should have been done along time ago. all apple has to do is compile their code on a x86 system and change the way the kernel works with the processor. besides that and the memory chanel, it's exactly the same. my G4 has all normal PC hardware in it.
plus it's based on freeBSD and that runs on x86. just take that and toss the OSX winmgr on it.

This has been possible for a while. Not sure how he does it, by my old boss had a triple boot installed, windows 98/xp/os9 or 10 . I wanted him to set it up that way on my own computer, but he said it is dependent on hardware. If anyone is really interested, I could ask him how he set it up.
