I've been on this big doom, sludgy metal kick lately... what bands are good to check out? I'm totally unfamiliar with this type ofmusic but it's ben kicking my ass lately... I can't stop listening to Sin Of Angels stuff on myspace and the live cd-r they have... help I need more... |

and YOB have sabbathy riff, and how do you see OMG as closer to SOTL completely different styles....if anything i see SOTL closer to early mastodon, and yes Jesu so good mmm so good. it's like Godflesh covering a Sleep album with synths added in.

eh...the new one isn't even a real OMG record it's like they let each member do a cut from a track that their original band didnt wanna use they only track that's really mindblowing is Gift after that it's like listening to Converge, Isis, and Cave In songs. but their older records are rather splendid. |

so I went to order a Pelican CD from Relapse cause they had paypal as a payment method, they wanted to charge me $15.50. Anyone know somewhere else that sells via paypal but has better prices? I haven't bought a CD in years cause I used to get em as promos with bludgawd.com so I have no idea who is good to buy from anymore... |
