CRYPTIC WARNING, Kill It All Away, Grudgefuck
Charlie's Kitchen, 10 Eliot Street, Cambridge, MA 02138
8pm
All Ages, drink with ID
I'm not sure if there's a cover charge but if there is one I'm sure it wouldn't be much.
Come get drunk on a Monday night! I don't know anything about Grudgefuck, but Kill it All Away is the band of Duncan Wilder Johnson ( http://www.duncanwilderjohnson.com ), who does some very amusing "heavy metal spoken word."
This will be a fun show and could very well use the support from some RTTP folks with nothing better to do come Monday night.

Cryptic Warning...at chahlees... How can you go wrong? |
|
Oh man... GRUDGEFUCK is cool... But Duncan sucks at music (and his spoken word is fucking terrible and so very unmetal). Nice guy, but he should really give it up. |
|
I think I disapointed Duncan when I ran into him at Ozzfest and expressed my dislike of Shadows Fall and Lamb of God. |
|
And that right there is but one of many reasons he has no right whatsoever to the term "Heavy Metal Spoken Word"... |

I heard stuff on Motorhead and Slayer that was kinda amusing. Anyways people should come to this show. |
|
Grudgefuck is Nate's (Adolf Satan/ex-Anal Cunt) other band.
I'd go but I'm totally broke.

I dont know if there's a cover- but if there is I can try to put you on a guest list. Unless it's the cost of gas that's holding you back, can't help you there. |
|
Yeah, I live almost in NH. Plus the cost of not being sober.
Thanks anyways though.

How was the show? Decent turnout? |
|
I went. It was a good time. Cryptic was definitely the best band on all accounts. The crowd, well, the 20 people that charlies fits loved that shit. Homeboy in the last band had the gayest between song rants like "Fuck you!!!....." then someone in the crowd would be like "that's not nice" and he'd reply with "FUCK nice... it's MONDAY... FUCK monday" as if the word fuck still has any venom to it these days. |
