well it is that time for taxes and i want to do somthin besides spending my $$$ on weed,whiskey,and,tatoos(its not a bad thing hahaha),but i was wonderin if any of ya local bands want to do a compilation with me,it will be totally diy,but it will look really good and sound really good(with the help of chris lapke)but if this sounds like a good idea,email dyingfaith@excite.com ,it will cost the bands nothing,it will be a short run of about 300 cds or so at first,all i would need is songs from the bands,i can at first possiblyy give each band member a copie,and after the firdt press is when i could give more cds to the bands,stay tuned for more info

70 views and no bands had responded yet,mmmmmmmm guess i wont bother,

I did kick around the DIY idea for a while and more bands seemed to want the jewel case "pro" looking CD which wasn't going to pay for 1000 copies of itself.

I still think a DIY comp would be a good idea. It would give a chance for more bands to be on it without worrying about legalities, deadlines and money.

Maybe the idea is overdone as hooker stated I dunno we'll see what happens with volume 2 and or a DIY comp. Good luck with it.

it is goin to be diy in the sense that myself and my freinds(who own there own screenprinting shop) are going to make this.there will be a jewel case,and awsome lookin insert,even barcoded if needed.dude diy doesnt mean ya have to do shit half assed.so like i said before i am looking for a wide range of music for this.also this comp or anything that dyingfaith will put out will also be distroed out to cali and the west coast.but if i dont get enough intrest soon i am just goin to release thenightmarecontinues... new cd(not like that will gain intrest either hahahahaha.
