Blackout Frenzy is pretty new to the scene. We haven't been playing out for a year yet.

That's probably why you haven't heard of us.

we played with blackout frenzy at our last show. they were metalcore, not really my thing, but they seemed like good dudes and one of the guitarists was talking to us about chuck schuldiner, so that was cool.

Yeah, that would have been me, the bald guy. Chuck Shuldiner rules and is a very big influence on me. Even though my band dislikes being categorized, I refer to us as being thrash core, but everyone description is also different.

Compared to extreme death metal bands (which I am also into), I can understand where people would find us as metal core.
