Slayer should've retired after Seasons in the Abyss

toggletoggle post by Christraper at Nov 9,2004 1:45pm
slayer should give me all of their equipment and kill themselves for becoming what they hated back in 1985.

toggletoggle post by Justin ACR at Nov 9,2004 1:48pm
Slayer still writes decent stuff, not slayer in there prime, but look at the brightside, atleast there not metallica

toggletoggle post by dan. at Nov 9,2004 1:53pm
i like that slayer makes their not so great shit sound awesome live. i think disciple is an awesome live slayer song but i dont really like that song/album on record.

toggletoggle post by powerkok   at Nov 9,2004 2:51pm
slayer still pwns

toggletoggle post by Christraper at Nov 9,2004 2:52pm
slayer still owns lots of penises that they greedily stuff up their asses any chance they get

toggletoggle post by powerkok   at Nov 9,2004 3:00pm

toggletoggle post by Christraper at Nov 9,2004 3:09pm

i think the problem is they are not going to hell

toggletoggle post by ninkaszi at Nov 9,2004 5:20pm
divine intervention was still a great album. everyone seems to bash that one, but i think it's just as good if not better than seasons in the abyss. i really don't like their real albums after DI. undisputed attitude was ok, but has no real value to it. i hated diabolus when it came out. biggest dissapointment ever. i didn't even bother with god hates us all.

they still rule live when they play their good songs though.

toggletoggle post by Blue  at Nov 9,2004 6:07pm
i always thought divine intervention was great as well, everything after is a raging pile of doo doo.

toggletoggle post by swamplorddvm  at Nov 9,2004 6:32pm
Not YET...

toggletoggle post by Hooker  at Nov 9,2004 6:42pm
Yes they should. Kerry King especially.

toggletoggle post by retzam at Nov 9,2004 7:54pm
Kerry King should lose some weight from his neck region.

toggletoggle post by dan. at Nov 9,2004 8:24pm
divine intervention is awesome but compared to seasons...but really compared to seasons everything sucks

toggletoggle post by h.i.t at Nov 10,2004 3:02pm
slayer back in the day was awesome! right now new aged!

toggletoggle post by WhyamIandasshole   at Nov 10,2004 4:42pm
I've liked everything Slayer have done including the last 2 albums. They've never deviated from being Slayer. However its probably time.

toggletoggle post by Lincoln at Nov 10,2004 4:46pm
I stopped listening back when Seasons in the Abyss came out...I'm gonna be so lost at this show Saturday

toggletoggle post by dan. at Nov 10,2004 4:52pm
they play mostly older stuff. i dont remember them playing anything off diabolus last time i saw them, but they did play god hates stuff but it actually sounded really good. yup. and dudes...slayer is a fucking awesome show.

toggletoggle post by Ryan (Mojo Music Studio) at Nov 11,2004 2:36am
Even though im still young, and wasnt even born in Slayers prime, I still love it more than the new stuff... I'm still going this saturday though..

Saw them a long time ago......I hope they still deliver because they fucking killed last time.

toggletoggle post by Joe/NotCommon   at Nov 11,2004 8:26am
I think Got Hates Us All is better then Diabolus, I own it. I don't think it is nu-metal, it's not as good as their earlier albums but it's not horrible in my opinion. It was recorded different somehow, the drums sound weird.

toggletoggle post by Lincoln at Nov 11,2004 8:28am
I heard a song from it yesterday......I thought it was really good....sounded "classic"

toggletoggle post by eddie  at Nov 11,2004 9:06am
i think they got the hint that the new stuff wan't nearly as good as the old stuff. So in an effort to make money i think they'll start writing in there old thrash style.

toggletoggle post by Joe/NotCommon   at Nov 11,2004 10:31am
Maybe seeing Priest every day on tour will open their eyes. I cannot wait for the new Priest album, which will rule.

toggletoggle post by Lincoln at Nov 11,2004 11:49am
OK I just heard the new song "Here comes the Pain" again.....the song is sick. Classic sounding Slayer. I can't wait to see this.
