Drummer and Guitarist looking for a cheap place to jam on the south shore. We only have a 5 peice drum kit and a good size combo amp. looking for a place to practice twice maybe three times a week. Anyone know of any space available? garage? shed? cardboard box?
450 a month?! jesus christ thats steep. one of my old bands had a space in lowell for somewhere between 200 and 250 a month, and that place was a shit hole.

christ on a crotch that's godamn expensive. we used to have a studio in brockton at the blackbird studios. that place was a wicked shit hole but they usually are. we only paid about 160 a month and i thought that was too much.
ya most of the rooms at our space are 300 but ours is a double room...like 20x40 so thats why its so exp....plus we have 2 bands payin for it, so its like 55 a month, each.
