i broke my entire server system yesterday making some system changes to patch some stuff to stop a potential exploit by a crypto virus that's been going around and didn't get it running again til this morning. what has been up with all the down websites and hacks lately?

idk. I need to get a new server. this one is so out of date. The hardware has been running since december 2009.
