the Nightmare Continues: this was one of their first shows and it kind of showed. They still need to get more comfortable on stage. I heard a lof things that I liked, some things sounding like tool-interludes, sometimes sounding off beat and brutal like cephalic carnage. I missed a chunk of their set trying to get photo pass stuff all set.

the red chord: they just get better and better each time I see them. The crowd was a little weird, but they still danced along with trc. I'm looking forward to the next release "upper tanker" and "dream of plastic".

Goatwhore: abm at it's finest. They got up there and just plan played amazingly. They even made fun of people buying a cradle of filth shirts at the mall. They have added a second guitar player to their live show. Unfortunately, he doesn't yet seem to comfotable playing live. They have a new CD coming out march 15th, I think.

Nile: wow... some how lupos managed to make nile sound the best out of all the venues I've seen them at since nov 22 2000 (palladium upstairs). Their set list was (I think) the exact same one they played at the palladium last month. actually, on closer inspection, I'm right!

They had one more song on the end of the feb 8th show though. Also, they Ramses bringer of war right into the malestrom and skipped defiling the gates of ishtar.

what did you think of the show?

the first band nightmare continues(or whatever) was interesting, but could maybe try and not drone on so much.

Yes the show was awesome! What a bday show indeed...but why is no one mentioning Jesus? He was there you know...special appearance because it was my birthday! HAH..
