Why the fuck has no one talked about this show yet? I didn't know if I would like it or not, so I watched the first episode and have been hooked since, dark, depressing, cool. Even had Angel of Death by Slayer in one of the opening scenes))))))))))DISCUSS IF YOU MUST(((((((((((

So that scene is basically this former mom who lost her family to the rapture, and she has been fucked in the head since then. Cool to see her get off in a fucked up way to a Slayer song (subjective yes I know).

And I don't know if there is a fucking book about this that people have been reading, who the fuck has time for that other than lonely people!!!

Yes the other woman is a hooker, or what you would call an ESCORT (industry term).

The series is based on a book. I haven't read it. Just started watching the show a couple weeks ago. Such a great show. The character development is excellent and the soundtrack was very well put together.

One could arguably say the same of RTTP lol.

Ha, I know I was just throwing bait out with a question like that.

So far every episode has been killing it, not really answering anything, but asking more questions has kept my attention, certain moments have that David Lynch feel to it. The OST soundtrack has been good as well, that piano is badass.

The second to last episode, I pretty much figured out what happened on October 14 and what the guilty remnant actually is. I won't spoil it for you but each episode just gets better, dude.

Good don't ruin it for me, I enjoyed how they showed what happened before the rapture, I think the episode is called The Best of the Garvey's? It shows you the happiness and as the show progresses you start seeing the cracks in each character leading up to this event which helps explain a lot.

Yeah I saw that thread, I don't have the balls to dump my Comcast yet, the final season of Boardwalk Empire is starting soon. Usually when I get one of my DVDs in from Netflix, that movie magically appears on cable %@#@^$&#, it's a vicious circle.
