anyone have a tattoo that randomly raises or bubbles up in different spots and gets all itchy and shit?

i know some people have that issue while healing but i mean tatts that are fully healed and some that are 3-5 years old

it's cause the tattoos are ugly and it's their body finally rejecting them.
I hope your "friend" is ok.

toggletoggle post by Josh_hates_you  at Jun 23,2004 11:32am
im fine and just cause you are afraid or needles doesnt make tattoos ugly

toggletoggle post by the fella named subjugate at Jun 23,2004 11:35am
mine do that usually in the summer when it's humid out

toggletoggle post by succubus  at Jun 23,2004 11:47am

toggletoggle post by Josh_hates_you  at Jun 23,2004 11:55am

the heat makes scar tissue rise a little i arrure you it's nuthing to worry about

toggletoggle post by lady_czerach  at Jun 23,2004 2:04pm
mine does that sometimes. i heard it's because they went too deep with the needle. and yeah, the hot weather and stuff.

toggletoggle post by the_reverend   at Jun 23,2004 2:09pm
afraid of needles?
you obviously haven't met me.

All the fucking time. It freaked me out at first until I found out that it happens to all my friends too.

my x girl complained of that..it was raised above the skin...I was hoping she would die from it.....

toggletoggle post by DeOdiumMortis  at Jun 23,2004 5:16pm
Hahahahahahahah. Now that's heartwarming.

toggletoggle post by Robdeadskin  at Jun 23,2004 5:36pm
if you only knew her..you would want her to die from it too!!

It's scabbing up like it's supposed to...leave it alone and keep it out of the sun, retard. Use the A+D ointment and it will be ok.

toggletoggle post by succubus  at Jun 23,2004 8:21pm
i barely bled for ANY of my tats...weird i know

toggletoggle post by dread_104  at Jun 23,2004 8:52pm
i get that on my crotch, but i don't have a tattoo there.

toggletoggle post by MarkKevorkian  at Jun 24,2004 2:07am
No I am saying that my raise up sometimes, and I have had them for years.

toggletoggle post by MyDeadDoll   at Jun 24,2004 2:44am
ALWAYS use sunscreen if you have any tats that the sun can touch. humm... but i've never heard of them doing that in the heat/humidity. I've heard of them bubbling from bad ink or skin cancer. i'd check with a certified tattoo person just to make sure.

hoser none of my shit is still healing. i asked my tattoo artist about it he says no big deal it happens to everyone but not alot of my friends.

my friend jen got a huge rash from some blue ink. i had a hrd time with a little red but thats it. and i dont take light blue well.

i think it has to do with them going too deep. the guys at rennaisance are fuckin awesome but they seriously drill you with no remorse.

toggletoggle post by MyDeadDoll   at Jun 24,2004 2:53am
you know how old guys with tattoos from old wars and shit have crappy tattoos that are all blurry... well, that's what happens when they go too deep in the skin. you need a new tattoo artist 'cos in a few years your work will start getting blurry and seeping into your skin.

toggletoggle post by Josh_hates_you  at Jun 24,2004 2:54am
my right sleeve is 5 years old and i take decent care of them. my artist is awesome.

toggletoggle post by MyDeadDoll   at Jun 24,2004 2:57am
taking care of them and having a good artist doesn't really matter when your dealing with how deep they are in the skin. the bottom layers of skin are not as "tough" as the upper layers and that's what makes the inks run and make the work look blurry.
