a micro-lending site. Anyone try it? A friend of mine has been getting like 13% returns. I just put $25 into it and I'm going to try and fund someone's rood repairs or something.
I'm not sure what happens on defaults. Looking at the lending rates, they are something like 19%! WTF! is this the 70's? I would never get a loan with a % of more than 5%. now-a-days a car loan is 0-2%, home loan is 3-4%, jeez.
