I was reading this story earlier today. Listening to it for the first time. My blood is boiling listening to the ho-hum way these people are handling the early phonecalls.

Why is Dick Cheney of all people giving an order to shoot down civilian planes 2 hours after the world trade center crash happens?

I'm guessing that communication gaps happen all the time and if they freak out all the time they would be in constant panic.

Trust me dude, I roll my eyes on a daily basis over dumbass "America's Heroes" banter. A friend of mine did a repost of some corny god bless you NYPD nevar forget stuff this morning, and I reminded him that 2 days ago he was LOL-ing about a Woburn cop getting killed down the street from his house.
