We at Helvete would like to thank all those that do come out once a month to support this great form of music. It has gone so well that we asked the Paradise to allow us to showcase one band every other month, but in talking to people and amongst ourself we feel it would be a good idea to have a showcase every month. And the Paradise has given us the green light. So pending any problems (this list got leaked before we could properly set things up with the bands) the line up is as follows: JUNE-HORN OF VALERE, JULY-WATCHMAKER, AUGUST-ABHORRED. It would help out greatly if a person from each band contact one of us at www.helveteboston.com to finalize any details.

Oh as a result of having a live band play we will, more than likely, have to implement a cover to offset any cost a sound person will charge, and it would be nice to give something to the bands as well. Although not final it looks like it will be $3.00 for 21+ and $5.00 for 18+.

Since the cheeseburgers are only 1 dollar, I don't think people will mind the cover. |

I figured its not too much. I feel kinda bad because it started out as free and now we have to add a cover, but it is all for a good cause. Looking forward to making Helvete Showcase a success.
