I'm not sure of the differences between the M3 and the B3, but that looks in good shape.

the B3 is a "portable" version of the C3 with legs, like a rhodes has, but bigger and in need of an external speaker. then there's the C3 which is the large cabinet model that you see in soul churches which require an external speaker (typically 9 12's and 2 spinning 12's!!)
the A100 has 2 internal 15's and can be connected to an external rotating cabinet. those all have contact points near the floor that touch contacts on the larger traditional organ foot manuals.
the M3 if i'm not mistaken is an electronic version that has fewer tubes if any? it looks like a much lower end model with just a 12" speaker, and the cheaper foot pedals. it has the hammond name, but it's not as valuable a piece as the b3, a100, c3
